Fran has developed and refined this method to be quick and efficient using helpful tools to utilize in everyday life. In this introduction she will provide an overview of the chakras as you learn an easy way to activate each one followed by a meditation. With this process, the goal is to create a link between each energy center clearing fear and resistance to love and light by connecting to your natural rhythm of the heart. There will be an opportunity for questions during the last ten minutes.
